I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were spacious and connected, unfortunately, they were let down by a strong mildew smell in the newly painted section. However, the service was exemplary, with friendly staff throughout my stay, including a kind room upgrade to a balcony overlooking the pool.

While the rooms in the separate wings need some minor renovation and were smelly/moldy with an ancient fitout, the service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to assist us and even driving the shuttle to the airport at 04:30 in the morning. The dining experience, although above average with a large variety, was overshadowed by insects around the food, which was disappointing.
